Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper.
- 100g ricotta cheese.

Preparation
- Remove seeds of the bell pepper and cut into 4 cheeks.
- Mix the ricotta cheese and the dried herbs in a bowl.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill the bell pepper cheeks with the ricotta mix.

Carrot smoothie muffins
Ingredients
- 3 cups whole wheat flour.
- 1 teaspoon baking soda.
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt.
- 1⁄4 cup unsalted butter, softened.

- 1 egg.
- 2 carrots.
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F.

- 1 avocado.
- ½ bell pepper.
- Dried mixed herbs.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
- 1 carrot.
Preparation
- Smash the avocado.
- Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the smashed avocado, the bell pepper cubes, and the dried mixed herbs.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut the carrot in fine veggie snack sticks and it with the avocado dip.
Sweet potatoes sticks
Ingredients
- Sweet potatoes.
- Sesame seeds.
- Whole wheat flour.
- Milk.
- Olive oil.
Preparation
- Cut the sweet potatoes into sticks.
- Mix a little bit of flour with milk until creating a smooth paste.
- Cover the sweet potatoes with the milk and flour mixture.
- Add the sesame seeds to the stick.
- Fry the sticks in a pre-heated pan with a little bit of olive oil.
- Let them cool and enjoy!
Veggie chips
Ingredients
- ½ Potato.
- ½ sweet potato.
- ½ carrot.
- Olive oil.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
Preparation
- Cut the all the veggies into fine slices.
- Spray a baking tray with olive oil.
- Put all the veggie slices in the tray and bake until golden brown.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and wait until cool.
- Enjoy eating these chips as veggie snacks!
